- The stay begins on the day of arrival with dinner and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.
- The municipal fee for your stay in the amount of CZK 50 per person per day will be added to the price of the stay for those parties for whom it is applicable based on the generally binding decree of the town of Františkovy Lázně, as amended. The cultural fee as according to the GTC and the negotiated prices of Františkovy Lázně AQUAFORUM a.s. / Lázně Františkovy Lázně a.s. is included in the price of the stay and is not charged separately.
- In the period from 18 December to 31 December, the minimum length of stay is 14 nights.
- If during the initial physical exam, it is discovered that the health of the client does not allow them to take the given treatment procedures, they will be replaced by others based on the physician’s evaluation.
- By paying the price of the stay, or part of it, respectively (the deposit), I hereby confirm that I accept the safety and hygienic measures meant to curb the spreading of COVID-19 during my stay, which shall be given by the accommodation provider. I understand that such measures and regulations may influence the character and comfort of some of the provided services.
- The client is entitled to apply the discount in the amount of CZK 4,000 based on the voucher issued within the project COVID - Spas only if all conditions for providing government financial aid within this project are met to the full extent. Only citizens of the EU can draw this financial aid. Upon arrival, the guest must show personal identity document (ID card) issued by an EU member state.
