Discounts

• During the Františkovy Spa Treatment from 21 nights you will receive a discount of 130 CZK to 330 CZK per night (330 CZK in Spa Resort PAWLIK - AQUAFORUM, 250 CZK in spa hotels Belvedere and Three Lilies, 130 CZK in other spa hotels, already reflected in the price list of the Františkovy Spa Treatment)
• Extra bed: A discount of CZK 100 per person per night
• Discounts for children on extra beds (full price is charged when accommodated on a regular bed):

0-5 years inclusive – 100 % off the price (hotel accommodation and board*)
6-10 years inclusive – 50 % off the price (hotel accommodation and board*)
over 11 years – full price of stay
*Does not apply to a la carte orders. Children discounts cannot be combined with extra bed discounts.

Prices for a child are for accommodation on an extra bed, in case of occupancy of the bed by a child the price is charged according to the age category + extra charge for the unoccupied bed 1000 CZK per person per night in Spa Resort PAWLIK-AQUAFORUM or 750 CZK per person per night in Spa Hotel Metropol.


Surcharge for Half or Full Board
 

Validity: 27 April 2023 – 31 December 2024

• Spa Resort PAWLIK – AQUAFORUM: half board CZK 550 per person per day, full board CZK 1 100 per person per day
• Spa Hotel Luisa/Jesenius, Dr. Adler, Royal, Radbuza, Belvedere and Tři lilie: half board CZK 470 per person per day, full board CZK 940 per person per day
• Spa Hotel Metropol: half board CZK 380 per person per day, full board CZK 760 per person per day

Board Deductions

Board deductions may be claimed only with the Františkovy Lázně therapeutic treatment, whereas such stay shall include half board at minimum.

• CZK 180 per day – Pawlik – Aquaforum
• CZK 160 per day – Luisa/Jesenius, Dr. Adler, Royal, Radbuza, Bevedere and Tři lilie
• CZK 120 per day – Metropol

Surcharges

• Local fee for a spa/leisure stay fee: Local tax is not included in the price of the stay. This fee will be added to the price of the stay for obliged persons on the basis of the general binding decree of the town of Františkovy Lázně according to the version valid on the day of arrival, currently 50 CZK per person per day.
• Surcharge for single use of double room: Spa Resort PAWLIK - AQUAFORUM **** 1 000 CZK / 40 € / person / night, Spa hotel Belvedere, Dr. Adler/Tři růže, Luisa/Jesenius, Metropol, Tři Lilie, Royal 750 CZK / 30 € / person / night.
• Extra charge for child's bedding: In case of occupancy of a bed by a child, the price corresponding to the age category + surcharge for an unoccupied bed is charged CZK 1000 per person per night in the Spa Resort PAWLIK-AQUAFORUM or CZK 750 per person per night in other spa hotels.
• Parking: The price for parking per car and day is CZK 250  for 1-6 nights, CZK 190 for 7-13 nights and CZK 160 for 14 and more nights. Discounts: VIP Club Františkovy Lázně - Premium - 50% of the basic price depending on the length of stay, VIP Gold Františkovy Lázně - free parking.
• Entry to the spa zone is free of charge for guests of Spa Hotel Dr. Adler, Royal, Radbuza and Belvedere on the day of arrival and departure. Upon request, guests are obligated to present a valid booking confirmation/voucher on the day of arrival and a paid invoice for their stay on the day of departure. On other days, entry to the spa zone is subject to a fee.
• Specific room number reservation: CZK 1,040 per room per stay. Applicable only to stays with a minimum length of 6 nights and stays with arrival and departure on Sunday. 
• Sending of booking confirmation and other documents: By e-mail – free of charge, by regular mail – CZK 50 per domestic consignment, CZK 100 per international consignment. 
• Fee for reservation of stays within desired dates: CZK 1,000 per person per stay for stays reimbursed from public health insurance. The fee is non-refundable and it is not counted towards any other potential surcharges for the stay. 
• Flexible cancellation terms: No cancellation terms apply in the event of illness before or during the stay and no deductibles, only a fee of CZK 100 per person per night is charged. Detailed information and terms are included in the General Business Terms and Conditions. 
• Fee for gift vouchers: With gift vouchers up to the value of CZK 10,000, their sending by mail is subject to a fee of CZK 200 and it is free of charge with vouchers over CZK 10,000.
• Fee for reservation changes upon request: CZK 500 person / stay
• Accommodation with a pet is only possible at Hotel Dr. Adler, Belvedere a Spa Resort PAWLIK - AQUAFORUM (building B) where is specific rooms are reserved. The pet fee is CZK 300 per day.
• Fee for early check-in (according to accommodation capacity): Spa Resort PAWLIK - AQUAFORUM **** 1 000 CZK / 40 € / person / stay, Spa hotel Belvedere, Dr. Adler/Tři růže, Luisa/Jesenius, Metropol, Tři Lilie, Royal 750 CZK / 30 € / person / stay.
• Fee for late check-out (by 6 pm): Spa Resort PAWLIK - AQUAFORUM **** 1 000 CZK / 40 € / person / stay, Spa hotel Belvedere, Dr. Adler/Tři růže, Luisa/Jesenius, Metropol, Tři Lilie, Royal 750 CZK / 30 € / person / stay.

 

Other

• Arrival: from 2.00 PM, departure: by 10.00 AM.
• In case the season changes during the stay, the price valid in the particular season shall be charged.
• The price per person for hotel accommodation in a double room with breakfast applies to the occupancy of the double room by two persons.
• For stays from 18 to 31 December, the minimum length of stay is 14 nights. Stays in this period are subject to the following surcharges: 
  
  • Christmas 2024 = CZK 2,000 per person, unless indicated otherwise..
  • New Year's Eve 2024 = CZK 5,000 per person, unless indicated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to adjust the prices depending on the inflation rate or price fluctuations and changes of the applicable exchange rate in case of payment in foreign currency. The costs associated with banking transactions are not reimbursed by us.
• The furnishing, amenities, size and location of the rooms in the same accommodation facility are not always the same. The allocation of the rooms is at the discretion of the company.
